Allens privacy collection statement

Allens collects the personal information you have provided and any other personal information it needs to consider your application. As part of that consideration process, your personal information may be shared between Allens and its related entities, whether within or outside Australia. It may also be shared with any agency through which you have applied and with any referee.

If you choose not to provide your personal information to us, we may not be able to process your application.

Subject to any duty of confidentiality we owe to a referee, you have the right to access most personal information about you collected by Allens. A request for access may be denied in certain circumstances, and if this occurs, you will be told why. If you wish to make a request for access to your personal information held by us, you can contact Allens Privacy Officer using the contact details below. However you should be aware that this access right ceases if you are successful and become one of our employees.
