I understand and agree that:

1. The information I submit is collected for the purpose of recruitment by Boral;
   
   
2. This online recruitment service is powered by PageUp People and is stored in electronic format on the PageUp People database in accordance with the Privacy Act;
   
   
3. Boral may use this personal information to contact me about future employment opportunities with Boral and to assess my suitability for the job/s I apply for;
   
   
4. Boral may conduct some, or all of the following pre-employment screening checks:
   (a) Confirmation of education and/or previous employment;

8. I am entitled to access my personal information held by Boral in accordance with Privacy Laws or other relevant legislation.
