Once you lodge a job application with us, your details will be kept securely within our database. The purpose for collecting this information is solely to enable us to accurately review and progress with your application for employment. This information will only be disclosed to those people within the organisation directly involved with the recruitment and selection process or as authorised by law. Failure to provide any of the requested details during our recruitment process may affect our ability to assess or further progress your application.

If you are successful in obtaining a position with us, this information will form part of your employment record. If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a position with us, your application will be kept within our database until otherwise directed by you to withdraw all personal information.

Access to your Personal Information

Subject to some exceptions permitted by law, upon request we will provide you with access to your personal information held by us. Whilst we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is complete and up to date, it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes or errors in your personal information held by us.
