If your application is unsuccessful, Visy may retain your information on file and contact you if a suitable employment opportunity arises. Please contact Visy if you do not wish to have your details and information retained on file. If you application is successful, Visy will retain your information as part of your employment records.  This information will be retained for the period allowed relative to the applicable country Privacy laws.

You are not required by law to submit your information, however, Visy may not be able to accept or process your application for employment if the information is not supplied.
