• By providing your Personal Information to Sunwater as part of your employment application, you consent to Sunwater contacting you about your suitability for the role.
• We may also collect Personal Information about you from third parties, including from recruitment agencies and from any referees that you provide. The collection of some of your Personal Information may be required under applicable employment, superannuation and taxation laws.
• Sunwater may also collect Sensitive Information or government related identifiers from you, with your consent, and where this information is reasonably necessary for considering your employment application.
