Should you be invited to an interview, you will be requested to complete a form providing the following information and is required to be completed prior to your interview.

All applicants are requested to provide the following:

• 100 points of identification (as per list here)- certified copies (combined into one document)
• degree/diploma/certificates, transcripts if applicable - certified copies (combined into one document) for classification purposes
• Working with Children Check number.
• nomination of a minimum of two (2) Professional referees with the option to provide details for a third (3) referee.

Teachers are also asked to:

• NESA Number (New South Wales Education Standards Authority) or details of interstate registration such as the date conferred and proof of registration.
• nomination of a minimum of two (2) Professional referees including a Parish Priest, Priest or Minister.
• supply a detailed Statement of Service from previous employer/s. A Statement of Service is used for payroll and classification purposes and is required to verify your teaching employment history. We can only classify you on the documentation you provide.

  A Statement of Service should be provided by the Employer(s) on its official letterhead stating:

  • position title;
  • the time of service (start/end date);
  • FTE worked;
  • casual hours worked (please provide in hours and not FTE);
  • if any leave without pay has been taken during this period; and also includes
  • overseas teaching and child-rearing. 

  Please note that if you provide a formal Statement of Services (within 10 weeks from the commencement date) we will review your classification and backpay you accordingly if suitable.
